I contact them to place an order for some shoes for my mom. They were able to locate the order I placed 3 years ago, and since these have been her favorite shoe I was able to re-order knowing they would be the correct size and shoe. I happened to mention they were a birthday present for my mom, the lady helping me asked if she could send a birthday card to my mom with her shoes. My mom received her shoes and a birthday card from tbdress, it was an amazing card, everyone in the department signed and or wrote something on it. She had a a amazing birthday, she of course loved her shoes but absolutely loved her card she received. Thank you tbdress for going above and beyond and for helping to make my moms birthday special.

What can I say except that I have been making purchases from tbdress for quite a few years, and that means a LOT of purchases, and I've never had a problem that couldn't be resolved. Usually my order arrives in one day - can't beat that anywhere! Also, their customer service is the best! Always friendly and helpful. I'm a tbdress customer for life, and you should be too!

First of all tbdress is awesome!

Very patient and helpful. Nicest customer service I've worked with before. Figured out all of the problems I was having.

I ordered the wrong color of sandals, and spoke with a Tbdress customer service representative and had the correct colored sandals the next day with the no charge!!

Love this place, the previous package was at my door quickly too!! Will be ordering from them again!

I bought a pair of nike sneakers from Tbdress and had to return them. The sneakers hurt my feet so bad. I told the customer service rep the issues i had with the sneaker and that I actually had worn them once. 

The rep said that as a once in a lifetime courtesy they would accept my return. Not even 2 days later I received Roses and a box of Mrs. Fields cookies for my inconvenience. I've never experienced this before. Thank you very much Tbdress for being so understanding.. You ROCK!!! Forever a Customer!!

I recently ordered dresses for my engagement party. Unfortunately they didn't come on the day promised. Laurie B from the Zappos customer service team helped me IMMENSELY! Thank you for your help, consideration and understanding!

Every time I have a reason to interact with Zappos they impress me. Their customer service is exceptional. They go out of their way to make sure that you have the best experience possible. I always receive my orders on time, never a problem returning an item. I wish more companies valued their customers as much as Tbdress does.

I ordered a pair of boots to take on a trip and was expecting next day delivery when i received an email with a UPS tracking number that said the expected delivery date would be 5 days after I placed the order. I would be well into my trip. I immediately phoned and was told that they would take care of the return and would ship another pair directly to my destination. Furthermore, they credited me with the amount and I would receive my boots for free for having been inconvenienced. Now that's unbelievable!!

I felt compelled after speaking with a customer service representative to leave a review somewhere, anywhere! I ordered a wrong size and after being a bit concerned about how much trouble this was going to be, I contacted Tbdress customer service line. The lady I spoke with completely handled everything and even sent out, faster than originally sent, my new correct size and just simply asked I return the other within 14 days. She was so pleasant and with the hassle I'm used to from other companies this was completely refreshing. I would recommend highly, Tbdress to anyone!

These guys are great--the pay for shipping both ways (including returns) and make it super easy. If you order a lot like I do, they even overnight you the items. Great selection, prices are ok. Love them.

I have used Tbdress.com for over five years and they have NEVER disappointed me. I hate filling out these forms but Tbdress.com keep me wondering why other companies can't provide service even close to them. Microsoft in the late 80s and early 90s used to have a similar commitment but now they just are another large company sucking consumers dry. Apple has provided me excellent service in recent years and for a large company they are doing pretty good. So, where are they rest of the companies that care about they customers. Great business with very fine products and perfect service

I've ordered a smartphone (homtom ht7 pro). It was very fast delivered from China to The Netherlands (within 2 weeks I received the goods). I had to pay extra for import, but because of the Insurance I had taken, the extra costs were compensated the next day on PayPal. Fast and friendly service. The product is also very good, great value for money. Would recommend the company and the products to everyone!

HOSAFE - Kogel -IP camera

Excellent product, very sharp picture, clear night view. I was able to connect it to a Liksys LNR0208C Network Video Recorder with minimum effort. Delivery was punctual, customs cost was insured and compensated by tbdress without any hustle. One small disadvantage of the HOSAFE camera construction is the large Ethernet socket that requires a large hole in the wall to pass. There is no room in the mounting fixture as there was with older camera models to hide the cable and connector. Overall an excellent choice, I can recommend buying.

Customer service was prompt. 
I ordered this phone as i was looking for a budget smartphone to give my mom. I ordered 2 x Doogee X5 phone as i was amazed by the specs and wanted to give it a try. Phone came within 25days of ordering. I wasn't able to track the package but the customer service asked me to wait few more days and it turned up by Royal Mail, even it was initially posted by different courier. 
After receiving the phone i opened one box and from then i was really amazed by the phone. Everything you need for a smartphone is there and its not just very cheap parts they used. I am using it for 2 weeks now and i love it. Not too complicated phone to start with. Very simple settings. I verified with the serial number @ www.doogee.cc to make sure it was an original dodge product. 
In conclusion, for £35 it is worth buying and keeping. I rooted it , for rooting you need to update it to the latest firmware. Mine was 15v but i updated manually to 17v and rooted. I ordered my wedding dress, veil and hairpiece, and was very nervous as I had never ordered clothes online before, and certainly not a wedding dress. The dress came 10 days after I ordered it, looked exactly as it did in the picture, and was absoloutely beautiful. The workmanship on the dress was flawless, and I love that there was a little plastic bag with spare sequins etc., just in case anything happened. Very thoughtful.

What a wonderful surprise!

I just received this dress today and I have to say, I am amazed! Not only did it arrive only 5 days after I ordered it (I didn't order custom sizing) but it was more than I hoped it would be. I was expecting it to look nothing like the photo, be of poor quality, and/or arrive after I needed it, as I haven't had the greatest experience with over seas companies, however, I thought to give it a try since I had time to spare. I had a dress on stand-by just in case. However, the quality is on par with any dress you would buy at a specialty dress shop. It fits perfectly and I can hardly wait to wear it to my event in December with the shoes I happen to find to be a perfect match.

I ordered several fabric swatches to get an idea of what the colours looked like in real life, as opposed to on the screen. They came very quickly, and shipping for the swatches was free.
