They wouldn't refund you more than 40% of your purchase even if they messed up and send you a dress 4 sizes bigger. Very rude costumer service representatives and extremely low quality of the items they sell, even if you pick the more expensive ones like I did. Save yourself some headache and skip that website.
I was very happy with my dress, I ordered it in white with custom measurements. The dress arrived on the exact day that it was supposed to, and was packed nicely. The quality of the dress was superb, and it fit perfectly. I would definitely recommend it :)
