Wir haben ein Kleid für die Konfirmation unserer Tochter bestellt. Die Zeit zwischen der Bestellung und der Absendung der Ware von Shenzen war wie vorher angegeben ca. 3 Wochen. Die Lieferung selbst war dann innerhalb von drei Tagen bei uns. Bei der Anlieferung durch DHL waren dann noch einmal ungefähr ein Viertel des Kaufpreises an Zoll und Einfuhrumsatzsteuer fällig. Das war uns bei der Bestellung allerdings schon bewusst. Das Kleid selbst ist ein Traum. Unsere Tochter ist begeistert, wir auch. Wir würden dort wieder bestellen.

Exceeded my Expectations

I am very impressed with this vendor. I placed my order and then wanted to change the color after completing my transaction. I immediately contacted customer service and they got back to me rather quickly and said the change was able to be made. The time it said it would take to process it came sooner and I paid extra for faster shipping and I received the order way faster than I expected. The dress was made well and the fit was larger because I ordered larger. I could've ordered the right size and it would of been okay. The dress itself is beautiful and I cannot wait until my daughter wears it to the prom. I definitely will order from them again!

I will be back for sure! I ordered two custom fit dresses. They arrived earlier than expected, and fit me like a glove! They are good quality, well made, and worth every penny! I had a lot of questions before I purchased them, and the customer service representative was wonderful.

I found the dress of my dreams, and entered my own measurements. Within about 6-8 weeks my dress arrived in a box, and I paid about $40 exchange/ duty to the UPS guy. My dress fit perfect from head to toe, and looked exactly as shown.

Making my dreams come true

I had to admit, I was a little concern about ordering my wedding dress online from a company I knew nothing about. So First I ordered my bouquet as a test. I had wonderful correspondences with customer service. I loved how professional they were with answering any question I may have had. I was very happy with my bouquet. It was more beautiful than the pictures. I then had no reservation about ordering my dress. I cried when I tried it on. I am going to be a beautiful bride and my husband to be will be in tears. So Happy with my purchases I ordered my veil which sealed the deal for me with TB. I will order from them again (special occasion dresses and accessories) and recommend them. In fact my baby sister is getting married next year and I will help her pick out her dress with TB.
